I would like to thank Judy and Steven for the outstanding job they did with the shorty sale of my home. I was in a situation where I was going to walk away from the home and go into foreclosure. With the guidance of Judy, I was able to go into a short sale instead. I appreciate the way they kept me informed of the progress of the entire sale. They sold the property within six months of signing the agreement. They went directly to the bank leaving out the middleman making this sale go rapidly. It was one of the smartest move I made was, calling Judy. She managed to turn my head around and start to make sense of what was happening to me. The sad thing was I was losing my house and did not know anything until one day I had a knock on the door from someone wanting to buy my house. Turns out, I worked with the bank some yrs ago putting my missed payment to the back. What happened then was I underpaid one payment. Not realizing the error the lender instead of informing me they just added late payment until it got to a point I was over my head, they filed a foreclosure against me.
Judy explained to me what steps I should do to stop this happening. I contacted the lender explained to them what was happening and thankfully resolved the situation saving my home from foreclosure.
